Defective / damaged / faulty item received
All items are covered under 2 weeks warranty by IT-fixed – if defective / damaged / faulty. When we place an order with our partners, we ensure we sell as it is – we do not open the box up or tamper with it. Under the circumstances that the item is defective / fault / faulty, please notify us at orderst@IT-fixed.com immediately. IT-fixed will fix it for you.
Incorrect item received
