By creating an account with us, it allows you to keep track of your purchase history, payment status and saves you the time and effort from having to fill your address details for your subsequent orders. Do be assured that IT-Fixed protects all of your personal particulars and information confidential – well, that is the core service of our business.
Change of orders
All orders are placed and confirmed after checkout. Hence, do ensure that you won’t change your mind or place the wrong order – always double check! However, we do make exceptions. As long as the order is no longer than 30 minutes from the time of your initial order, you can drop us an email at orders@IT-fixed.com. Case by case basis!
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We understand that our products have a wide price range, so we want to ensure there are different mailing options catered to you as well. Do note that we will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers.
Normal Mail - $1
Do kindly note that we are not liable for any lost mails. We will not recommend for items that cost $80 or more, or if you urgently need the item. Please allow 3-5 working days for item to reach you.
Registered Courier - $8
We partner with Ninja Van for all of our registered courier. You may track your order status on their website with your Order ID or tracking number provided in the confirmation email. For delivery issues (i.e: missed delivery / rescheduling a delivery), please drop an email to support@ninjavan.sg.
Self-Collection – Free
We highly recommend this option if you are urgently need your item, or if you have / can arrange your own mode of transport.
