General Account
Please contact us at sales@IT-fixed.com should there be any problems you may encounter.
Under My Account, click on Order History. Here, you will find all your previous orders and invoices with us.
At the account log-in page, click on “Forgot your password?”. You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions given in the email and your password will be successfully reset. Feel free to contact us at support@IT-fixed.com if you still encounter any problems.
You may do so by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage and clicking on the arrow button. Joining our newsletter does not automatically create an account for you as a password would be required.
It would be more convenient for you to create an account with us as your particulars would be stored securely in our system and there would be no need for you to re-enter them in subsequent orders. However, you may also place orders without an account. Simply check out as a guest.
Shopping
Normal mail does not come with any tracking facilities. Hence, please opt for either registered courier or self-collection to ensure that your parcel is at least trackable if it goes missing. Kindly note that note that we are not liable for any lost mail should you opt for normal mail.

Kindly contact orders@IT-fixed.com should you find out the faulty item immediately. All items are covered under 2 weeks warranty by IT-fixed. For more information, please refer to our Returns & Exchange page.
All orders are placed and confirmed after checkout. Hence, do ensure that you won’t change your mind or place the wrong order – always double check! However, we do make exceptions. As long as the order is no longer than 30 minutes from the time of your initial order, you can drop us an email at orders@IT-fixed.com. Case by case basis!
