Ubiquiti UniFi, designed and run for your office.
Wi-Fi, switching, CCTV and door access on one UniFi dashboard. We are an authorised Ubiquiti reseller: we survey, design, install and then look after the network as part of your Managed IT Services.
What does your office need?
Move the sliders for a first estimate of gateway, access points, switching and PoE power. It's a starting point. Our site survey confirms the real numbers.
Rough guide only. Coverage depends on walls, ceiling height and interference, which is why every UniFi project starts with a site survey.
Business-grade network without the licence bills
One dashboard
Gateway, switches, access points, cameras and doors in one place. You see who is connected and what is wrong at a glance.
No per-device fees
Core UniFi networking has no yearly licence per switch or access point, unlike many enterprise brands. Your running cost is support, not subscriptions.
Grows with you
Add access points, switches or cameras as you hire. They adopt into the same system with the same settings.
Recordings stay local
UniFi Protect stores CCTV footage on your own recorder in the office, not in someone else's cloud.
What goes into a UniFi network
Cloud Gateway / Dream Machine
The firewall, router and controller for the whole site. Pick it for the internet speed and the number of people you expect in two years, not just today.
- Small offices: Cloud Gateway Ultra or Max
- Growing offices and multi-gigabit fibre: Cloud Gateway Fiber or Dream Machine Pro
- Larger sites and many cameras: Dream Machine Pro Max or Enterprise gateways
- Site-to-site VPN between branches
PoE switches
Switches power your access points, cameras and door readers over the network cable. We size them for ports and for power, with headroom for what you'll add later.
- Lite and Flex switches for small rooms and desks
- Pro Max 24/48 PoE for the main rack
- 10G uplinks where Wi-Fi 7 or servers need them
- Neat, labelled racks and patching
Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 7 access points
Ceiling, wall and outdoor models. Placement matters more than the model, so we design from a survey of your actual floor.
- U7 Pro and U7 Pro Max for busy offices
- U7 Lite for smaller rooms
- Wall and outdoor models for corridors and warehouses
- Separate staff, guest and device networks
UniFi Protect cameras
Dome, bullet and turret cameras that record to a recorder in your office. Staff watch live and playback from the UniFi app.
- Indoor and outdoor models, up to 4K
- Local recording on a UNVR or console
- Smart detection for people and vehicles
- Access by role: management, reception, security
UniFi Access
Card, phone and PIN door entry tied into the same system. Add or remove staff access in seconds.
- Readers, hubs and intercoms
- Schedules for office hours and after-hours
- Entry logs for every door
- Works with UniFi Protect cameras at the door
Taking over a network someone else set up
Tick what applies to your current network. These are the things we fix most often when we take over a UniFi site.
From survey to a network you don't think about
Survey
We walk the site, check walls, ceilings and cabling, and measure existing Wi-Fi. You get a quotation within one business day.
Design
Access point placement, switch and PoE sizing, network separation for staff, guests and devices.
Install
Our IT Support Team mounts, cables, adopts and configures everything, after hours if needed.
Hand over and manage
You own the admin account and get a network map. We monitor and update it under your Managed IT Services SLA.
Common questions
Can you install UniFi equipment we bought ourselves?
Yes. We can survey first so you buy the right models, or install and configure what you already have.
Are there monthly licence fees?
Core UniFi networking (gateways, switches and access points) has no per-device licence fees. You pay for the hardware and, if you choose, our Managed IT Services to look after it.
Can you take over a UniFi network another vendor installed?
Yes. We audit it, move the admin account to your company, update firmware, back up the settings and fix what we find.
Do you also do the cabling?
Yes. We run and certify Cat6/Cat6A and fibre, so access points and cameras work at full speed. See our cable certification testing.
How fast is support if something goes down?
Under Managed IT Services, response times are 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours or next business day, depending on your package. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
